When you become a Maker, you can
In theBlu, every species and habitat is a unique work of 3D art created by digital artists and developers from all around the world. As a Maker, you get to showcase your work to a global audience and connect with a community of peers. You receive feedback from world-class digital artists and you get paid for what you make whenever people purchase your art.
You can develop an international fan base as you monetize your digital art through in-App purchases. People from all around the world can experience your art and become your fan. Every submission is reviewed by our Jury members who ensure all art meets high standards of creativity and execution.
We welcome a variety of creatives - 3d modelers, animators, painters, musicians, software developers - to collaborate on our Maker Media Platform, an online digital studio that allows media creators to work together from wherever they are in the world. We hope to tap into the talent of hundreds of thousands of artists and developers to build something at a scale that would have never been possible before now.
As part of our global team of artists, you will get direct feedback from world-class Makers, like Academy Award winners for Visual Effects Andy Jones (Avatar) and Kevin Mack (What Dreams May Come), to name a few of the members of our Maker Creative Committee.
Your creations are available for purchase by users who want to add your art to their online collections. As a Maker, you can earn up to 25% of each purchase. For example, if you create a barracuda that is available in the store for $4, and 10,000 users around the world buy your barracuda, you could earn $10,000. Additionally, you could choose to contribute your earnings towards your favorite cause partner.
